Congrats to the British Olympic rowing team for making the most inspiring, insightful, AND funny video to post onto youtube of their daily training lives. Kudos.
Rowing 9 to 5 was the first of their that I encountered on youtube. A play on Dolly Parton's 9 to 5 song.
(They don't say rowing is one of the toughest sports for nothing.)
